90-Day Refund & Return Policy

At Harmony Hair Essentials, we believe meaningful hair care results take time, consistency, and patience. For this reason, we offer a 90-day refund policy for customers who have followed the recommended usage routine.

Refunds are not available for short-term trials, one-time use, or partially used bottles.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be reviewed only if the following conditions have been fully met:

• Product used consistently for 90 days
• Applied at least 3–4 times per week
• A total of 2 full bottles have been completed

If there are no noticeable improvements in hair fall reduction, scalp health, or hair strength after meeting these conditions, you may contact our support team to review your request.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for refund consideration.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Usage for less than 90 days
• Fewer than 2 bottles used
• Application fewer than 3 times per week
• Returns based on scent, texture, or personal preference
• Minor irritation or sensitivity without prior patch testing

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Hair care results require consistency and time.

• Damaged items may be replaced (product only; shipping costs are excluded)
• Photo or video proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
• Opened or used items are not returnable unless refund criteria are fully satisfied
